Skip Stahl, Consultant (CAST)

As co-director of the Universal Learning Center, Skip Stahl uses his background in special education and school psychology, including neuropsychological assessment, to develop and implement professional trainings. In addition to his awareness of assistive and curriculum adaptation technologies for both Macintosh and Windows platforms, he has extensive experience working with students with learning, behavioral, and physical disabilities. Skip divides his time between guiding systemic change initiatives in a number of states across the country, and leading project design teams at CAST. Skip received a bachelor's degree in English literature from Bard College and a master's degree in special education from Bank Street College of Education.
