Joyce Balich is the Management Associate for EdTech Leaders® Online. As the Management Associate, she prepares contracts and letter agreements for participating organizations, coordinates and processes graduate credit requests from participants, and provides literature and guidance as needed. Before joining EDC in 1999, Joyce worked as a civil litigator for 12 years, and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. She holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School and an A.L.B. from Harvard University.
